That moment when the endless microaggressions turn macro
I've been told I don't post enough here. Well... Today I finished the last test I have to take in 2018. There are only two more weeks before winter holiday. I feel good, and I'm enjoying a drink called a Pink Collins.

A bit of #blackgirlmagic in Ghent. Our entire full-time MBA class is here to learn career mangement, and I'm real looking forward to getting these insights into my future.
@lovely_msstar is the real MVP for letting me drag her to Ghent for an MBA networking event 20 minutes after she arrived to Brussels.
It was my birthday, so yeah... I may or may not have taken that cava to the head. Does it help that the bottle was given to me by the MBA folks?
Also, they gave out 3 bottles because there were three of us there that all had a birthday today.
And... Lots of birthday wishes, making me feel loved from so far away.

Studying my ass off for my first big test paid off (I think). I had plans to gallivant around Europe every weekend. With our crazy class load, I haven't been able to go very far for very long, but I've still managed to get out of Brussels once a week. Ghent yesterday, Antwerp last weekend, Rotterdam the weekend before.
Day One in Rotterdam
These are some images from my first couple of weeks in Belgium. I've seen some interesting things here (they love their graffiti). The streets entice you with new paths to follow. And I'm really enjoying my new classmates.
Today was my first day in Brussels to just explore the city and see where my feet led me. I took a walk around my Schaerbeek. Then I went to the International Festival of Urban Life, which gave me so much blackity blackness. Then I met one of my new classmates for dinner and had a tasty carbonara. It's gonna be a great year!
